RETURN POLICY | Here at Bumprider, we work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied with all of your purchases. If for any reason you are not, we do accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. For your item to be eligible for return, it must be in an unopened and unused condition, with all original tags, manuals and packaging intact.

DAMAGED ITEMS | We represent our manufacturers and stand behind our products, and we’re here to help to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. While we work to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition, occasionally products are damaged in transit or in the manufacturing process. If an order arrives in damaged boxes or packaging, it is best to ask the driver to document the damage. If the product is clearly damaged, it is best to refuse the shipment and ask the driver to document the package was refused because of damage. In the rare case that a product is damaged or defective please fill in our form below to submit to our product team for assessment of your warranty claim.

Our delivery teams sanitise before every delivery and will repeat the procedure, on your premises. They have been briefed to leave items at your door or a designated area you prefer.

The team will endeavour not to touch anything and will have sanitiser onsite to wipe down surfaces before leaving as needed.

We encourage you to have a pen handy as an additional safety measure.
